All pickups, dropoffs and tours of the Ranch must be scheduled as arrivals can be disruptive for the dogs and we like to be prepared.

You may pick up or drop off your dog at the Ranch by appointment only, 7 days a week between 8-10 am and 4:30-6 pm.

Initial meet and greets are scheduled by appointment only.

If you are running late for your appointment or when picking up or dropping off your dog, please contact the Ranch at (905) 342-9778.

It is recommended that you drop your dog off early in the morning as this will give your dog time to get adjusted to his new surroundings before bedtime.
